This week we took The Pulse of Jeff Rieter! Jeff is the Director of the Bettendorf Family Museum. The Bettendorf Family Museum has been newly remodeled and features traveling exhibits throughout the year. The Museum also features workshops for Webelos Pins and other Pack and Troop activities! We talk with Jeff about museum family memberships, playing ball with the St. Louis Cardinals, and eating steak with Bono and Eddie Vedder.

With the start of school just around the corner, this week we took The Pulse of Dr. Theron Schutte! Dr. Schutte is the Superintendent of the Bettendorf School System. We talk with Dr. Schutte about Bettendorf's success', Ken Burn's documentaries, and eating surf and turf with President Kennedy.

This week we took The Pulse of John Knoble! John works with the US Army Corps of Engineers in LeClaire. The US Army Corps of Engineers has a great relationship with the Scouts and can provide a wealth of opportunities. John is an old friend of Andy's. We talk about frightening rabbits, the appeal of the Big Bang Theory, and eating Happy Joes with Morgan Freeman.

Bob is the Assistant Dean of Students and Head of Security at St. Ambrose University, and an overall Jack of All Trades. Bob has helped the Kittan District as a former District Chairman and current Nominating Chair. We talk with Bob about the growing popularity of Gaga, Scuba Diving, and eating Surf-and-Turf with Jacque Cousteau and Walt Disney.
