This week we took The Pulse of Dr. Arthur Tate. Dr. Tate is the Superintendent of the Davenport Community School System. Not only does Dr. Tate have an interesting career in the military and education fields, he also has a great history in Scouting! We talk about favorite Scouting moments, Common Core and eating Vegetarian with the Buddha.

Pat is also a supporter of Scouting and is helping us with our Community Friends of Scouting campaign! We talk about ACL'S and Tommy John surgery, applying yourself, and eating with Johnny Cash.
